Overview
Welcome to Warlord Minis Canada. This website (warlordminis.ca) is operated by Bear On A Bicycle Home Developments Corp., doing business as Warlord Minis Canada ("we", "us", "our"). We are an authorized Warlord Games retailer based at Suite 2020, 10060 Jasper Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 3R8, Canada.

By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our store for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation (including uploading viruses or harmful code). We may refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time.

2. Products and descriptions
We sell genuine Warlord Games products. Unless a listing says otherwise, miniatures and kits are sold unassembled and unpainted, as Warlord Games packs them. Photos may show painted or assembled models for illustration only. We try hard to describe products and show colours accurately, but we can't guarantee that every description, image or screen colour is complete, current or error-free.

Many miniatures contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14. Hobby tools, glues and paints should be used as their makers direct.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices, promotions and package deals may change at any time without notice. Promotions can't be combined unless we say so, and free gifts are while supplies last.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel any orders for that product, even after the order is confirmed and your payment is charged. If your payment has been charged, we will refund it in full.

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your order and contact you as needed.

4. Orders and availability
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. Stock is limited, and many items are one of a kind. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we'll let you know and refund that item. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers.

5. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in Canada only. Shipping rates, the free shipping threshold and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: unopened, unassembled kits in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, and if we send the wrong item, we'll make it right.

7. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.

8. Intellectual property
Content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Warlord Games, Bolt Action, Konflikt '47, Victory at Sea, Blood Red Skies, Hail Caesar and Pike & Shotte are trademarks of Warlord Games Ltd and are used to identify the products we sell. You may not copy or reuse site content without our written permission.

9. Comments, reviews and feedback
If you send us reviews, ideas or other feedback, you agree that we may use, edit and publish them without paying you. You agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or that infringes anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

10. Third-party links and tools
Our store may link to or use third-party sites and tools (for example payment processors and shipping carriers). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Please review their terms before you use them.

11. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these Terms and to the extent allowed by law, our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Alberta's Consumer Protection Act or other consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party because of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, unless the consumer protection laws of your own province give you the right to bring a claim where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. Please check this page before you order.
