Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Alberta. We are a Canadian retailer — not Warlord Games UK — so your order never crosses the Atlantic.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada. Check back as we expand our shipping options.
How much does shipping cost?
Free Standard shipping on orders of $250 or more (CAD) anywhere in Canada. Orders under $250 ship at the $17 standard or $28 express rate, shown at checkout. Separately, full-price orders of $300 or more also get a free gift.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Will I be charged import duties or customs fees?
No. Because we ship from Canada, domestic orders are not subject to UK or US import fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unassembled kits within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. We are unable to accept returns on opened, assembled, or painted products.
How do I start a return?
Contact us through our store's contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions from there.
Products
Do your miniatures come painted or assembled?
No — unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, all miniatures and kits ship unassembled and unpainted. Assembly and painting are part of the hobby experience!
Are you affiliated with Warlord Games?
We are an authorized Warlord Games retailer, independently owned and run from Edmonton, Alberta, and we buy through an official Warlord trade account. We are not Warlord Games UK, so we can't help with orders placed on their website.
A product I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
We do our best to keep popular lines in stock. If an item is out of stock, feel free to contact us and we can let you know about expected restocking timelines.
